    7 candidates for Chin affairs minister in Sagaing region

    A report said that there will be 7 candidates for the seat of Chin affairs minister in Sagaing region in the upcoming election on 8 November in Myanmar. As per the record of Kalay district election commission office, Dr. Kham Cin Dal from Chin National Democratic Party, U Lian Nawn from Chin League of Democracy Party, U In Khan Go from Zomi League of Democracy, U Lal Do Thang from National League of Democracy, U Khual Thiau from Union Solidarity and Development Party, and U Thawng Za Pau from Ethnic United Party will contest for the seat of Chin Affairs Minister in Sagaing region.

     

    In last election 2010, U No Than Kap from Chin Development Party, U Enoch (Independent) and one person from Union Solidarity Party had contested for the seat of Chin affairs Minister in Sagaing region, and U No Than Kap had won for it.

     

    In 2015 elections, 4 Chin political parties and 3 central parties will be faced and fought for the seat of Chin affairs minister in Sagaing region.

     

    “It would be a crucial fighting election for the seat of Chin affairs Minister at the upcoming November election, I think, and It will be very excited event,” said a local at Kalamyo.
