    Chin state CM will be invited to attend at Chapchar Kut festival

    A report said Salai Lian Luai, Chief Minister of Chin state will be invited to attend at the greatest cultural festival of Mizo (Chin) people, which will be held on 1 and 2 April 2018.

    The program was arranged by Pu Lal Thanhawla, Chief Minister of Mizoram and Chapchar Kut Organizing Committee on 10 January and they had decided to invite Chin state Chief Minister Pu Lian Luai as Father of the festival and other various Chin tribes will also be invited, highlighted in The Aizawl Post newspapers.

    In the first day of the festival, Mizo cultural sports will be held and in the second day, there will be cultural dances and entertainments. Besides, painting exhibition, photo exhibition, flower show-cum-exhibition, foot-court and handloom exhibition will be also performed.
