    KFW development bank for reconstruction works in Kalaymyo

    KFW development bank in Germany will support the reconstruction of roads and bridges, which were destroyed by flood in last year, in Kalaymyo, Sagaing region during 2017-2018 financial years.

    German development bank will provide USD 10 million, for the construction of Segyi and Nattagha bridges, and for the construction of the road between Dowanchaung – Yazachu village, Second – Shataw villages, and of the roads in Nanmaungchaung village, Mhanglongchuang village ang Zichaung Yikyaw village where Chin people are located, said Pi Siami, member of Pyithu Hluttaw.

    “Field study has done. Now the list of data is being submitted to village development department; then village development and KFW development bank will sign agreement letter after they finalized to start the work,” she added.
