The Chin resistance captured several camps from State Administration Council (SAC) along the border with India in northern Chin State. Resistance forces successfully seized three State Administration Council (SAC) camps for soldiers and police in Kalay and Tamu townships in Sagaing Region. SAC personnel were captured alive, and a substantial quantity of weapons was recovered from the regime. Last week, State Administration Council (SAC) conducted two airstrikes on the village of Mkui Imnu in Mindat Township, southern Chin State, causing injuries to three people and damaging 13 civilian homes, 4 religious buildings, and 2 schools. State Administration Council (SAC) soldiers have imposed fresh travel restrictions in Mutupi, located in southern Chin State, following an attack by the Chinland Defense Force (CDF) on a regime column outside the town along the Hakha–Matupi road at the close of October. A man from Mindat, abducted by State Administration Council (SAC) last month, has been killed in the regime’s interrogation centre in southern Chin State. SAC arrested three people without reason on October 24, according to Mindat Chinland Defense Force (CDF).  A woman was released while the other person remains in custody. The Kanpetlet People’s Administration has warned that it will take action against anyone cutting trees or picking rare wild flowers in Khaw Num Cung National Park (also called Mount Victoria) and in other reserves in Kanpetlet Township, southern Chin State. “Many people search for flowers when they bloom, and they cut trees in the national park. The occurrence of skin problems leading to itchiness among children has increased Mindat Township. A member of the volunteer-run Save Team reported that over 200 children have experienced pruritus in southern Chin State in the past month alone.  “Approximately sixty percent of the patients are affected by skin diseases, with seventy percent of them being children,” he informed Khonumthung News.
